By booking services with Tidy Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Tidy Services provides residential and short-term rental cleaning services in St. George, Utah and surrounding areas.

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, including but not limited to:

• Unsafe conditions
• Biohazards
• Presence of weapons
• Aggressive or unsecured animals
• Harassment or inappropriate behavior toward staff

• A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking.
• The remaining balance will be charged to the card on file upon completion of service.
• Deposits are applied toward your total service cost.

• More than 24 hours before appointment: No additional charge beyond deposit.
• Within 24 hours: 50% of the total service cost will be charged.
• Same-day cancellation or lock-out (no access provided): 100% of the total service cost will be charged.

We stand behind our work.

• Clients must report concerns within 24 hours of service completion.
• We offer a re-clean of the affected areas, not refunds.
• Issues reported after 24 hours may not be eligible for re-clean.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate entry instructions
• Ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time
• Disarming alarms if applicable

If we cannot access the property, the appointment may be treated as a same-day cancellation.

Clients must secure aggressive or unsafe pets prior to service. We reserve the right to leave a property if we feel unsafe.

Tidy Services exercises reasonable care while performing services. However:

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage.
• We are not responsible for normal wear and tear.
• Claims for damage or missing items must be reported within 24 hours.
• Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

We are not responsible for:

• Unsecured valuables
• Fragile items not disclosed in advance
• Items claimed missing without reasonable proof

By providing payment information, you authorize Tidy Services to charge your card for:

• Deposits
• Remaining balances
• Applicable cancellation fees

• Parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith before filing legal action.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
• Venue for disputes shall be Washington County, Utah.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
